After being guided through a meditation, and releasing stagnant emotions.

Patricia uses sacred smoke, activated water, blessed sacred feathers, stones, earth or plants to cleanse and purify your energy field.

Each session is with the intent of clearing what is holding you back and varies based on the individual.

You will also receive techniques to practice at home for spiritual practices.
