There are several botanicals in this blend including aloe vera base:
Arnica- anti-inflammatory
Extracts of Rose Hips- vitamin C ( external use)
Horse chestnuts extract- may treat varicose veins, potent anti-inflammatory properties.
Lavender essential oil- cools skin and spirit.
These are just three ingredients in my signature blend! A thick and luxurious blend.
I apply on my legs and arms after a shower. Then I follow up with a mist of Madre Tierra Aroma elixir mist.
